• Prices are subject to change based on the quality of my future work.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• You MUST be at least 16 years old to commission me or have your parents' approval. (applies to Real Currencies only)
Parents: I will not be responsible if your child commissions me without consent.

02 REQUIRED INFORMATION• You must provide me with clear references/pictures of your character/pet.
• Basic character/pet information along with a short description of their personality.
• Pose and expression, reference pictures or descriptions.
• Make sure your references are clear to avoid misunderstandings and make it easier to draw.
• Short explanation of the scene.
• Anything else I may need to know (ex. easily missed details).

03 PAYMENT• I accept payment in USD through PayPal & Ko-Fi only. If you wish to pay in EUR, the prices will be converted from USD to EUR.
• Payment can be done 100% upfront or split half upfront and half after sketch approval.
• Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to accept your order.
• Once accepted, we will discuss the final price and I will request payment.

04 PROCESS & DELIVERY• The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week to 2-3 months, depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and health.
• Depending on the size of your commission, you can be provided with a few drafts from which you can choose one and request changes on it, if needed. (Usually applies to bigger pieces)
• I will give you WIPs of each stage (sketch, lineart, colour; etc.) to ensure I have not missed any details.
• You can ask about the current process of your commission at any time.
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution images along with variations of it (flat colours, if rendered piece is commissioned; transparent PNG; and similar).

05 REVISIONS• Revisions are free of charge during the sketch process.
• Major revisions after the lineart has been approved will be charged an extra fee.
• Changes on the finished piece will be charged an extra fee (smaller not included: ex. highlights; different lineart colour;), unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
• If you wish to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the fee depends on the change you want me to make.
• Adding certain things to the drawing may come with a fee if I am close to finishing the piece.

06 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY• Refunds are only allowed before or during the sketch phase.
• Once the sketch is approved, the buyer is no longer eligible for a refund.
• If I am unable to start your commission for whatever reason, you will receive a full refund.
• If I have to cancel your commission for whatever reason when I've already started it, partial refund will be issued in proportion to the progress made.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

07 COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, PAWZRECOLE:
• reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.
• will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of the terms.
• reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
YOU, THE CLIENT/COMMISSIONER:
• may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media.
• may use it for personal purposes only (ex. printing and framing it)
• may NOT make profit from the commissioned piece (reselling; redistributing; selling prints; etc.), unless previously discussed.
• may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
• MAY be able to sell the artwork depending on what you commissioned me for (ex. in-game custom decor).
• retain the rights to the intellectual property.
• may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless the artwork has been made for that purpose.WHAT IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:• Reproducing/using the non-commercial, copyrighted artwork commercially - making money off of it in any way not excluded from these terms.
• Claiming the artwork as your own.
• Altering the artwork without my consent.

WHAT DO YOU GET?• Concepts/Sketches from which you must decide the one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission, there might be fewer or more drafts).
• Final sketch that you must approve before I continue the work.
• Other stages which must be approved before I continue the work.
• Insight and involvement in the colour plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece, there may be more options).
• Full-resolution file (I usually work with 4000 x 5000 px and 4000 x 4000 px canvases; the size is discutable, although I will not go over 6000 px) of the final drawing in PNG file format, along with other versions of said artwork.
• You can request the JPG file format to be sent along with the PNG format.

EXTRA INFO• I am able to do reference sheets upon request as well.
The cost depends on how many views (busts/fullbodies/other) you'd like included.
If there is anything I have to design from scratch, it will come with an extra fee.
• I can design weapons, accessories for your character, draw custom decors/items for games, and similar.
• I am currently not doing detailed backgrounds and character designs.
